Our cabinet lines are semi custom cabinets. They come to us as a complete finished component that has been ordered as a part of the design unique to your project. How long does it take to design a kitchen?

Every project is different, because everyone's schedule is different. Allow time for the initial visit to the showroom; an on-site measurement that usually occurs within a week; and the actual design process, which usually takes about a week depending on whether revisions are needed or not.

Once the design is approved, what is the next step?

The order process is started with a down payment of 50%. The cabinets are then ordered with appropriate manufacturer.

How do I pay for the products required for our project?

Homeowners sign the product proposal form that notes all the products and services that are to be purchased for the job. A payment of 50% is made at the signing/order placement and payment of the final 50% is made at the time that the cabinets are delivered.

How long does it take to get the cabinets?

Each cabinet design is unique and is ordered specifically for one customer. The average time of cabinet manufacture and transport to North Pacific Supply Company is four to six weeks depending on the cabinet style and manufacturer.

Do you install the cabinets?

How long will the cabinet installation take?

We will coordinate with you the delivery of product and the installation when the area is ready. Depending on the complexity of the project, installation of cabinets will usually take one to three days.
