From Rental Investment to Downsize Investment

Our clients purchased this 1970’s Milwaukie ranch home in 2001 as a rental investment. When it was time to downsize from their tri-level house, they decided to remodel the rental. Moving into the house in the winter of 2009, they set to work on their goal: open up the kitchen, lighten up the space to improve the flow for everyday living as well as entertaining friends and family. As they worked toward the kitchen layout, they contacted North Pacific Supply Co. designer, Kathryn Renz.
